You may return Pastry Tools within 30 days from receipt of your order. Damage, Defective Merchandise Policy: 30 day return policy from time of receipt of delivery.

All returns and exchanges must be in brand new, restocking condition and contain all original packaging and accessories to be accepted.
Refunds will be assessed on full retail pricing and a $10.00 restocking fee may be applied.

Items that have been in contact with any food product cannot be returned to inventory and a $10.00 restocking fee will be applied. 
Product damaged through customer abuse or improper handling will not be accepted. Original Shipping charges and Return Delivery charges will not be refunded. We cannot offer a credit for your shipping charges or fees paid to customs for international shipments

Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, you will be notified via email concerning your refund. If approved, you can expect a refund within 1-3 business days.

Customer must notify Chef Tech Inc. immediately in the event of manufacturers defects or damaged items. We request that customer take photo of damaged dough roller system and original packaging materials at the time of delivery. DoughEZ is a dough mat kit. Its intended use is for preparing raw dough products. Although the mat can withstand temperatures ranging between -40° up to 400° F, making is safe for dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven.

We do not recommend that this dough roller system be exposed to extended high heat and oven temperatures. This product is not intended to be used as a baking sheet. Extended exposure to oven temperatures will cause yellowing or discoloration of the silicone mat. This is strictly cosmetic and does not affect the performance of the mat.

We will not give refunds or accept returns on cosmetic damage.
