Cream together the first 5 ingredients.

Add salt and flour until incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.

Turn out onto Dough EZ pastry mat, roll to 1/4" thickness.

Peel back cover of mat, if small pieces of dough stick to cover of mat. Take a sheet of parchment or wax paper and place over rolled dough. Cover and flip mat over so that dough is now resting on top of the parchment paper. Slowly peel back the mat. Cut out shapes and transfer to baking sheets.

Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 7-10 minutes.
