Stir together flour, sugar, salt. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse sand or small pebbles.

Stir in egg, water and vinegar and then mix by hand until dough comes together.

Separate into two equal parts. Place into separate storage bags or wrap individually in cellophane.

Flatten into round disks to make it easier to stack and roll out.

Refrigerate at least 1-2 hours or overnight. Dough is very delicate.

Roll out to the perfect thickness and shape by using Dough EZ.

Tip; Place Dough EZ in the refrigerator or freezer for a few hours prior to rolling out dough. Once ready to use, unravel on counter top.

Combine all ingredients.

Pour into prepared pastry shell.

Bake in a preheated at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
