Preheat oven to 325° F
In a small saucepan melt butter, sugar and corn syrup over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool slightly
Mix together, eggs, bourbon, vanilla and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake in for 50 to 55 minutes, or until set and golden. May be served warm or chilled.
