Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add sifted flour and salt. Mix until dough start to come together. Using Dough EZ mat, dump dough onto mat. Gently bring dough together by hand to form a flat disk about 1 inch in thickness. Wrap in plastic or within mat and chill for 30 minutes.

Remove from refrigerator. Using Dough EZ guide sticks, stack the 2 sets of ¼ inch thick sticks together and wrap a piece of cellophane around center of sticks to keep them from separating. Roll dough out to 1/2” in thickness. Cut into 1”x 3” stripes. Transfer to ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown on edges.

Once cooled dip top halves in melted chocolate.
